Что такое технология и зачем её трансферить?


Мы довольно часто сталкиваемся с этим явлением в повседневной жизни не особо концентрируясь на самом понятии. Вот скажем борщ. Изначально он кажется нам просто кулинарным блюдом, а попробовав борщ в разных заведениях мы сразу начинаем понимать, что вот “этот” борщ - просто “супер”, а “тот” - как-то не ахти, хотя ингредиенты в обоих вариантах одинаковы. Здесь попросту у каждого шеф-повара своя технология приготовления борща. А мы незатейливо как потребители предпочитаем вкусный борщ менее вкусному, неосознанно выбирая лучшую технологию.
Не вдаваясь в академические определения понятия технологии скажем проще. Методологическая последовательность действий, которая приводит известный продукт (услугу) к новому его (её) качеству, приводит известный продукт (услугу) к удешевлению, просто создает новый продукт (услугу) с доселе неведанными качествами, но определенно нужными человеку - это и есть технология, возможно даже высокая. Как следствие новая технология либо возводит продукт в более высокую ценовую категорию потребления, либо удешевляет известный продукт, либо создает новое потребительское качество, то есть создаёт монополию на рынке. Во всех трёх случаях технология создает экономический эффект от её применения. Технологии всегда будут интересны бизнесу потому, что создают возможность их коммерциализации и получения прибыли. Это встраивание технологии в бизнес-процессы и есть трансфер технологий.
Вроде всё просто, но здесь мы сталкиваемся с психологическим феноменом, который я называю “сидение в окопах”. Отечественный бизнес мало верит в “родные” технологии, они ведь могут быть только западными по определению, а толковые, умные, грамотные персоны или коллективы не верят, что отечественному бизнесу нужны их изобретения, ноу-хау, новые технологии и ждут западной синекуры, типа “продам и буду сидеть безбедно на дивиденды от культурного западного бизнеса”. Вот и смотрят они друг на друга вроде как из окопов да ещё и из-за бруствера. И одна и другая идеология имеют право на существование, но ни одна ни другая не продвигает нас ближе к самодостаточности и личной свободе, свободе творчества. Кто-то и что-то обязательно должен сделать для нас где-то там, где нас нет. 
У меня есть чёткое убеждение, что пора выйти из окопов и пожать друг другу руку для плодотворной работы по взаимовыгодному трансферу реальных технологий. Тем более в преддверии смены парадигмы существования нашей страны как сырьевого придатка Запада. Уверен, что большинство уже почувствовало, что деньги стали доставаться значительно тяжелее и хлопотно (а иногда вообще перестают доставаться), но выход из этой ситуации мало ещё кто видит. Хотя он лежит на поверхности. Нужно углубляться в технологии, пропагандировать их, учиться их понимать, ведь там лежат проценты прибылей выше банковских процентов, за счёт высокоинтеллектуальных разработок и методик, за счёт технологий удешевляющих продукт, за счёт новых высоко-маржинальных продуктов. Всё больше освобождающихся от западных товаров ценовых ниш, высоки возможности импортозамещения. Убеждён, что есть ещё люди хотящие и могущие что-то создавать конкурентное и востребованное рынками. Кризис это всегда и окно возможностей для тех кто первым “прочухал” ситуацию.
